RezFit offers small group training classes, individualized personal training, and online programming. Regardless of your age, gender or current fitness level, certified personal trainer Alex runs fun and encouraging workout programs to help clients meet their personal goals.

I never believed that I'd ever get to the point where I was working out by myself, using kettlebells, lifting 20 or 30lb dumbbells, writing my own workouts, or burning 400+ calories with weights.

Shaun understands the benefits of weight lifting, and has helped others understand the misconception of using cardio as the only strategy for losing weight.

She believes in empowering women, helping others in the community, and connecting others in order to build relationships.
